This spot has some of the best lattes and drinks I’ve had in San Diego. The Dirty Harry latte (their most popular one) is really good—if you’re into butterscotch or caramel, you’ll love it. I've also tried the Bee’s Knees latte, which has lavender and honey—super smooth, lightly floral, and not overly sweet. Today, I tried their new seasonal drink, Banana Caramel Brûlée Blended Cold Brew, and honestly, it might be the best drink I’ve ever had. PLEASE don't take this off the menu, and I’d love to see it offered as a latte too. They seem to always be adding new seasonal drinks, which makes it fun to come back and try something different every time. The food is also great and is way better than typical café food. Breakfast is served all day. The inside is cute, spacious, and perfect for studying or getting work done. Pro tip: check out their menu on their website—most items have photos, which is super helpful when deciding what to get!

Gladys Coffee is one of my go-to spots! The coffee is always great, and my son loves their hot chocolate with a splash of vanilla. The staff is super friendly, and even when it gets busy, the line moves quickly. The indoor space is cozy and perfect for a quick break or just to relax. Definitely a favorite!

Great spot! Drive thru was busy so parked and had a nice breakfast with some tasty coffee concoctions and a yummy sandwich, ham & hash brown melt. Cozy lounge chairs & couches looked very inviting after my stomach filled up. Could easily hang out and get work done or escape the heat/humidity for a bit.

My friend mentioned this gem to me a few weeks ago and it’s my new go-to coffee shop. The “Dirty Harry” is my drink and many delicious options for food. Fun and relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff top off the experience. When is the second Gladlys opening??!

I love this coffee shop! The food and drink has always been so tasty. Their drinks are a bit sweet for my liking, but easily modifiable. Customer service has always been attentive and kind. They move very quickly with making food and drink, but the quality is still great. Love it all around!

Dare I say...my fave coffee shop in San Diego. Sadly, my fave flavor of all time (red velvet mocha) just got out of season, however, their moonlight magic latte is a great alternative. The coffee and food is phenomenal, along with the service. The prices are affordable. This place always has a long drive thru line for a very good reason! Highly recommend!

So glad I was not in a hurry. The drive thru was busting busy around 9:45 in the morning. I went inside. Its a lovely roomy traditional relaxed coffee shop also offering avo-toast, pastries and agood sized menu. Yes, go here.

Wow! Great find! I think this is my new favorite coffee shop! I had the Avo, egg and cheese on and English muffin. And a regular latte. Freshly made and a very generous amount of avocado to get those omega 3s. Coffee was delicious too. I thought this was a little drive through but entered the Taj Mahal! . Clean, nicely decorated... I'll be back ...with friends.

Gladly is one of my top favorite coffee shops in San Diego. My Gladly addiction began when I worked summer school at a nearby school and my co-worker and I went through the drive thru every day. Everything I have tried there is delicious. My top faves are the Dirty Harry latte, King Kong shake, the smoothies and can’t go wrong with any of their breakfast sandwiches (loved the Dirty Harry themed one). The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was so happy when the indoor cafe opened again. It’s such a cozy, peaceful spot to relax and enjoy sipping your drink (or gulping in my case).

The best coffee shop of my life. Mary is the absolute 💯 best and everyone else. Great smoothies and vegan options. Just wish the pasties had vegan Danishes. Matcha frap, space, atmosphere, places to charge phones/laptops, to read, and breakfast sandwiches and service is so 👌 😋 👍 🔥 so happy to live by this gem and the people in it. Thank you!
